iiko webhooks: what they are and how to start receiving them
🚧 Translation in progress.
This page is not translated into English yet. To read it in Russian, switch the language using the selector in the header.
A webhook works in the opposite direction to a regular API request: instead of polling iiko for new orders, you configure a URL once and iiko sends a POST request to it whenever an event happens — an order is created or changed, the stop list is updated, and so on.
The Russian version of this guide covers:
- the full list of event types (
DeliveryOrderUpdate,TableOrderUpdate,StopListUpdate…); - two ways to configure webhooks: the iikoWeb interface and the
POST /api/1/webhooks/update_settingsmethod; - verifying that a request really came from iiko (
authToken); - a walkthrough of an incoming
DeliveryOrderUpdaterequest; - limits: one URL per organization, and blocking of servers that do not answer with
200.
What's next
- API reference — all iikoCloud methods, including Webhooks.
- Connecting a Telegram bot — a practical example: a bot that reports a new delivery order.
