How onboarding works
There are two ways to get started: contact the API team directly, or go through a partner. The steps are the same either way.
- A call with the API team: we go through your project and discuss the process
- We agree on the support period and the overall roadmap
- We sign the contract and issue the invoice
- We set up a Telegram channel for quick questions
- We connect you to Pyrus for everything else
- A final call at the end of the contract to review the results
If you go through a partner, the first step is on them: they fill in a form with the client's contacts and project details. The rest of the process is the same.
